These general conditions of sale have the function of defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the field of online sales of goods offered by MIXUP LIMITED Company Number: 2577066, Rm 1104 Crawford House, 70 Queen 's Rd. Order confirmation
The contractual information will be the subject of a confirmation by email to the address indicated by the consumer within the order form.

Terms of payment
Payments can be made through any credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or through the Paypal checkout (even without Paypal account). The purchase amount will be debited once the purchase is made and the payment and delivery details of the purchased item are confirmed.
Delivery methods
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer at the time of purchase and only in the geographical areas that we process. Delivery times vary according to the chosen product, and are between a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 60 days (read also the shipping terms):

By finalizing the purchase the customer expressly accepts the shipping policy of the SELLER site. The SELLER declines any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the order, the non-delivery due to causes alien to the responsibility of the SELLER (eg incorrect address communicated by the consumer, errors or omissions by the postal service of the country where the final consumer resides, missed delivery due to absence of the consumer).
The exchange of any product declared, in retrospect, damaged during transport, without any reservation being expressed upon receipt of the package, can not be accepted as returned.
THE SELLER declines all responsibility for the lengthening of the delivery terms due to the transport service, especially in case of loss of products, bad weather or strike.
The products are shipped from outside the territory of the European Union. Therefore, VAT to the buyer may be required from the country of final destination of the property. Return and Refund
The buyer has the right to return the purchased item. In the event of a dispute or a complaint, the consumer commits himself in the first instance to contact the seller to obtain a consensual termination of the case.
The buyer has 14 days, starting from the delivery of the goods, to request compensation in relation to the purchase made, provided that the purchased good is returned to the seller in advance.
The buyer has the right to exercise his right of return within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the purchased item. The reimbursement of the purchase will be debited once the SELLER has received the asset in question (shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer). All returns must contains Sender's details and Order Number. In case of not showing any of this informations, the refund may not be possible.
Right of withdrawal (complain rights)
Mixup Limited always wants to guarantee its customers maximum satisfaction during the purchase experience.
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the goods communicating the intention to want to return the product by phone or mail correspondence. From the communication, the consumer has another 14 days to return the goods at his own expense. During the same period of time, the merchant undertakes to reimburse the total amount paid for the purchase upon receipt of the return.
The right of withdrawal expires if the product is not intact:
Lack of original packaging;
Absence of integral elements of the product;
Damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 59 of the same Code can not exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer who:
Be in possession of VAT number;
He explicitly requested a customization of the product;
The Right of withdrawal can, finally, be exercised only and exclusively by the consumer who in first person has purchased one or more products and never through a third party.
According to the EU rules, Mixup Limited undertakes to repair, replace, reduce the price or reimburse you if the purchased goods are faulty or do not appear or work as advertised.
If you purchased a good or service online or outside a store (by phone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesman), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The user also has 2 years from the time of delivery of the goods, to return the goods in case there are anomalies or production defects related to the product purchased. The two-year legal guarantee includes the replacement, reimbursement or repair of the product purchased and delivered in a defective state. The buyer undertakes to report as soon as possible the receipt of a product with a production defect. The refund is not applicable for reasons that refer to usury, inappropriate use of a product or breakage for any reason that is not related to a manufacturing defect.
Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to Hong Kong and European Union Laws. It is thus established for the basic rules as for the rules of form.
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the consumer will first turn to the SELLER to obtain a consensual solution.
